Data output from machinery analysis:

A color spectrogram showing vibration levels during different machine cycles.

A "waterfall" plot of the spectrum of the speed error of a product moving through a continuous process. The plot covers a period of about 30 minutes. The frequency span of this plot is up to 500 rpm.

Thickness variation in a continuously made material. The periodic variation in product thickness from defects in the surface finish of a process roll. Data accumulated using numerous synchronous averages.

This chart is used to determine the time a change in speed at a gearbox input shaft takes to appear on the output shaft of the gearbox-- 3.6 milliseconds. The actual data is the group delay of the transfer function phase response of the gearbox.
